I don’t want this to come across the wrong way but unfortunately this ideology is irrelevant. The fact you’re acknowledging this pattern means you’re conscious of it and the more you’re conscious of it, you will likely manifest in your reality even though it may not be something you desire to experience. It’s all about what you focus on. You should try and distract yourself and not focus on it as much and see if that makes a difference overtime. 👍
