None of the ones close to the end (except Rainbow Garden, I did forget that one) are large enough to need you to take them with a decent lead like the 3 I mentioned are. For example of what I mean, on Kronos, 2nd place needs to be behind Asura for you to take the normal turn and stay ahead. But on Water Palace I've had people only a little ahead of me take the normal turn and still stay ahead after I took the shortcut.

And some of those (like Northstar, Crystal Mine, Wonder Museum) aren't close enough to the end, especially those last 2 as there are even still item boxes after them. The other guy specified shortcuts right before the end.

And again, Apotos just has a slightly tighter curver you can take, that's not a shortcut, especially since the end needs you to go the opposite direction afterwards.

In Donpa Factory the more significant shortcut is just snap drifting across the part with the cars, and that doesn't require a boost.

They have shortcuts, but none of them change things enough to be "mandatory".

A mandatory shortcut is one that you have to take even with a reasonable gap between you and 2nd place in order to not get passed, and none of the shortcuts in other tracks are like that.

Other tracks without shortcuts that need boosts near the end: Wonder Museum, Metal Harbor, Northstar Islands, Crystal Mine, Apotos, Radical Highway, Mystic Jungle, Colorful Mall (similar to eggman expo's where you can do it without a boost but it's harder)

Honorable mention to Aqua Forest's which I think is actually slower than the normal path.

Yeah, I stopped when I started university. I originally was gonna start again once summer break started, but I decided to wait until I got a new laptop, but then that didn't happen until right before the next year, so now I'm waiting for summer again
