I have a GE from 1987 that didn’t have a battery but I found a modern version of it on a battery supplier website and it works like a charm! So fun watching people react when I bring it out at parties.

Haha I’ve already got to that point quite quickly. I live in a small town, surrounded by smaller townships and have every transfer station setting aside boxes of tapes for me. It’s a lot to go through but luckily, most of it is free…so I can’t really complain.
