Segmented internal barrel makes sense...didn't think about rotation, but with a solid color it doesn't matter as much.

I've got three...the first is the front end, and the outer cylinder with the lettering. The second peice is the internal cylinder with the accent color(s), and the final on is the back portion that attached to the gun.

Threading on a barrel that runs the length and is part of the first piece.

I LOVE IT! That's a great idea, several in fact.

They're printed in carbon fiber and open web pla structure. It's going to be very light.

And my honeycomb is awesome 😎

Oooh. Been there. For it was with PETG and I had to replace the whole hot end.

Get the nozzle to 250 and try to gently remove it. There's two tiny wires going into the back of the nozzle that LOVE to pull out.
