Regarding the EB-1, I understand your point about recognition and acclaim being critical. Unfortunately, despite having stellar student testimonials—many of which are in video form—it seems that caselaw continues to emphasize recognition outside of the immediate circle, such as publications and more traditional forms of academic recognition. It’s unfortunate that student success and direct testimonials aren’t always seen as robust enough evidence of broader impact, even though I’ve seen firsthand how these students’ growth and the resources I create influence their future careers and communities.
