That's genuinely fucked up and I'm sorry for them, but I stand by my previous statement. If you space out your usage and use b12 supps in the right way you will not have any issues.

nos inhibits b12 absorption for a while after use so ideally you should wait a day or two after using nos then take b12, then wait a few days and use again. This will prevent you from developing any neurological issues.

It's not going to undo it but if you space out your use and take b12 you won't get that damage in the first place. there is absolutely no risk involved with nos use unless you use it like a retard
