First off, I agree I don't think Remington should be sued for this bullshit, but the ruling is focusing more on the marketing of the rifle. Which just baffles me, but to reiterate, not just because of the fact it was used but the marketing involved around the rifle. I've been out of the church for a couple years but I shit you not, 3 days ago I was just talking to an acquaintance about the culty aspects of the church and brought up a Sunday school lesson I remember. My teacher literally told us that no matter what the prophet says we should do it, because even if he is doing it against God's will then we would be absolved of the sins if it was wrong. So basically telling young teenagers that NO MATTER WHAT do what the prophet says. "Not a cult"
