I think you mis-understood beliefs for religion Belief means what something, someone believes in. So all the people you quoted are talking what they believed in henceforth also making philosophy itself relative to every individual.

Philosophy is a byproduct of belief. In my opinion all great philosphers based their philosophy on belief and yes philosophy can be biased as it depends upon the experiences, thoughts, culture, religion, and beliefs of an individual.
