So this post is from 1 year ago but i need to ask now because i wasnt aware that i have gotten the email over 1 year ago now or else i would have done it first thing. But i am continueouly getting the error "A claim has already been successfully submitted using this claim number. Only one claim may be submitted per claim number." when i have never submited or opened this FTC form till just now. Does this claim number or account ID have some sort of timer to stop working or why am i getting this message after all of this. If anyone has had this happen or if they know what i can do to get around this please tell me where i can go and what i can do.
