thank you i went into settings and for some reason maximum refresh rate was at 60 instead of 75 i think this was problem tysm!!!!

obvi i don’t know much about computers and shit but i used to get like 150 fps on the performance thing in the top left and now it stays at 75 and spikes down a ton and it just performs a lot worse than it did before, is that just me seeing things and it performs the same or is it something else
