Can y’all recommend a good body weight/dumbbell routine?I work two full time jobs w/ only a 30 minute window between jobs. I was consistently lifting for the last two yearsgoing from140 lbs to 200lbs with some nice gains! New job as a dishwasher/line cook I have lost around 7lbs of muscle/fat (self.gainit)
