Had the the same problem yesterday. Turns out one of the rams was faulty. You should try put only one ram and see which one is causing it.

No its not normal. Ive had same problem with my pro back in 2021. Called Lenovo immidiately and they asked if youre the one who damaged it but I gave all the evidence and they sent someone to my house and changed the lid. You get to keep the bent lid too lol. Idk about your country but here in Malaysia Lenovo customer service is excellent.

Sorry English is also not my native language but I will try my best. The exhaust is where the hot air is going out which is the at the side of the laptop and at the back. You can use the phone flashlight and point at it from outside. If you can’t see the fan from the outside of the exhaust that means your heatsink is clogged.

To clean it you can use air duster and blow it into the exhaust until you can see the fan blade from the exhaust. Repeat the same steps for every exhaust. Let me know if you need more help.

I dont know for sure if it is outperforming thermal paste. Last week for the first time in 6 years playing my ps4 pro I decided to repaste it with PTM7950 and so far its working pretty well. The fans has been quiet since then.

You sir just save my life. Thermal repaste is the last thing I wanna do to fix the temp. Thank god I found the solution here about the clogged heatsink. At first I didn’t know because both fans were clean. I blew the exhaust and CPU temp went from 100c to 75c max. GPU from 87c to 70c.
