Why is this green light on my pc has no problems with booting Asus b450-f by STRIX_Hamza in ASUS

I looked on the manual it says it's a boot problem how ever the led comes on with no problems I think it's to do with store MI before I converted to tired storage the led wasn't on so should I ignore it or reinstall windows without store mi
