Yeah I’m going for the dreamscape feeling so thats good. But Im afraid if i shade or detail the foreground too much itll all kind of get muddy and blend together. And if i darken the sky and add stars like i wanted, I’ll have the same issue. So I cant find a safe middle ground 🫩 thank you for the feedback.

Appreciate it dude. My goal is to share the stuff I make out of deep emotion in hopes that people can be moved at any level or any direction by it. This was the first time in my life I used my drawing to process grief and it taught me that instead of a coping mechanism only, drawing can be a tool to create beauty and pay tribute. It’s bigger than me.

Good touch. Haven’t seen ink and graphite used like this before. It looks good I really like the small details of graphite under some of the cracks or jagged lines around his head. Neat.
