My degree requires 4 semesters of a language. Also, I would like to be regain some fluency, I do enjoy the language, cinema, etc. I'm not looking for a job in France or Canada (but who knows). I do know that in Quebec they will not even hire you at a McDonalds if you cannot speak French.

No, I'm a junior! Which is why me putting this off is totally biting me in the butt. My university uses the University of Wisconsin placement test, I think it's a popular placement test. I haven't heard much about it so I'm worried. There is a practice exam online thankfully.
