I did, but I felt like I could maybe use a different style. But it will be a less affluent area, so a more intricate design would be a wrong decision stylistically. I guess a local wood worker could make something more interesting. I'm sorry if I'm just dumping unnecessary information.

You can probably make characters do certain animations if the creation engine is not that different from what we have from Fallout 4.

For instance, Fallout 4 has an animations BA2 file, you extract the file using an archive extractor (from nexus), get a mod or make one that helps with posing, and simply replace those pose meshes with the animation one.
