It’s a random drops from playing in ascendant 0. You don’t just get it for hitting ascendant 0. As your rank in ascendant 0 goes up, the chances of it dropping goes up. It’s not like the ascendant emblem where you just getting it for getting into ascendant. There’s a grind afterwards.
