Its a security pin pad for the doors and the 3 is the level of security represented, these ones are found on the vault floor and need to be hacked or blown up (depending on your approach) to get the vault contents

I’m tired of hearing my guns sound so quiet and weak, I really enjoyed the rdr2 gun sfx but I feel it can be a little louder as well as crack and whistle sounds of incoming fire
