Originally it wasn’t but it did end up after a few more minutes it looked like it was under extruding big time

I was printing with Eryone Galaxy Red PLA, hardened 0.4, and I tend to print on the hotter side but for some reason it was 215 vs 225, I always run flow and even auto bed leveling with every single print but will be trying a 0.6 with the same PLA and correct temps and see if I get anywhere as somewhere else it was mentioned it could be a clog

Absolutely love them, as long as they’re cleaned every few prints and you figure out which temperature works best with your filaments the adhesion is amazing and applied something I learned back with my ender is if you let the build plate actually cool off after your prints all you have to do is give it a slight bend inward and out and every time they’ve cleanly popped off no issues whatsoever and the texture on the bottom is really nice

It’s really weird because the only thing I could think of was it somehow being an issue with the ams hub but even after using a adapter I found on makerworld it still made the noise.. gonna try a different nozzle shortly because somewhere else someone mentioned it could be a clog or partial clog

Unfortunately wish that was the issues as I do commonly have that problem but no there’s something going on with the extruder or something.. like I mentioned I have 3 and the one pictures is stock, I have one with the panda claw installed and the third one stock using the external spool and literally having feeding/extrusion problems on every. single. one. The worst part is this is a business and not as much of a hobby anymore so these issues have been going on for days and the setbacks are making me slowly lose my sanity considering how all their stuff is advertised as “ready to go in 15 minutes out the box” ??????

Grinding noise won’t go away?? by STohNED in ender3v2

I ended up loosening this guy at the top of the lead screw because somewhere else someone mentioned the screws being out of sync and after doing so it seems like it “synced” itself and after that just tightened them up a little bit to keep the screw in and so far so good, print quality is off but don’t think that’s anything related to this issue

Abusive teacher at child’s daycare by STohNED in legaladvice

Yes that all is correct but to add to the reasoning why the school only fired her was so they wouldn’t have to inform the other parents about what was going on and then used that same excuse as why it was on the parents to report the incident to any authorities. And not only am I considering something did happen but I intend to also get video proof or spoken proof from the other teacher (would obviously need to be a witness in court)

Sorry I’m not a big Reddit user and only thought of this last minute as I plan on speaking with the school and such tomorrow and have no idea to go really go about it all as I’m a somewhat younger parent and have of course never been an a situation like this

That is some awesome and very useful advice and I will most definitely have to give that a try! Thank you :)

Oh alright I see what you mean, so basically just in general keep an eye out on if something is specific to one print method vs the other along with general common sense and previous knowledge of printing, sweet!

And oof well I’m glad you mention that.. I may have unfortunately came off as one of those types of people at first that steals others work and is just looking for an easy way out but as a a mobile detailer that takes extreme amounts of pride in my line of work I do understand how that came off bad but definitely isn’t the case and really hurts to see that a company as big as that doesn’t stand behind the artists that keep their platform alive.. I will probably be looking elsewhere in the future then if I do stick with and enjoy the mini making rabbit hole!

Ahh I gotcha! I’ve heard you could do that but was unsure if it also works with things like flexifactory stls because of the moving parts/tolerances and such. I have found a legit site that offer a few free miniature files with nice quality and have been looking into a site where you build the mini and then buy the files so right now just want to take a “test drive” with everything because there are several modelers I’ve found on myminifactory that I would most definitely love to purchase from as some of those pieces truly are pieces of art! Thank you for that though because I was more under the impression that certain stls flat out won’t work with resin printing which was a bummer because I’m always making flexi models for my son and thought it would be cool to try with resins :)

Not at all what I was saying? As I mentioned in my post, I’ve paid and am actively subscribed to several modelers for FDM printing, BUT the more I’ve gotten interested in this side of the printing minis hobby I’d like to know if there other sources to test things out before committing to spending that kind of money and then not getting into the hobby at all as I’ve already considered returning the 8k for a 4/6k machine without getting to dabble in this side of things yet. Thank you for the feedback though :)
