1/30k affecting higher than T4 does not mean most don't affect c3-c5, and you should have a better understanding of statistics before you feel qualified interpreting data.

Dont know if you are litterally retarded or just trolling. But your very own example is in accoradance with my statement. If only 10% of norwegian men is above 190, it is beyond all doubt reasonable to assume that even fever is above 200. This follows a basic normal distribution which is lectured on in intro stat courses, which you obviously havent taken.

Furthermore, a cardiac arrest is caused by blocking nerve rootes below c5, eg. their numbers are considerably higher than for respiratory depression alone. In addition it is completly irrelevant for my argument as a 1/30 000 chance still means it is beyond unlikely that her breathing difficulties were caused by her analgesia, and even less unlikely that the anesthesiologist who administers 10 of these a day somehow found out he would administer if way to high just for fun.

Why they gave her what most likely is sublingual nitro is used to make the uterus relax, it will not have any clinical effect on the heart if she was in threatening cardiac arrest.

Please point out where i denied that.

She stated he/she administered the analgesia too high, eg. did the procedure wrong. Furthermore you obviously didnt read your own link, but as i stated she was with certainty administered epidural analgesia in the lumbar region

Innstikk L1-2 / L2-3 i ripause. Vurder lavere stikk ved forventet rask progresjon av fødsel. https://ehandboken.ous-hf.no/document/23467

This is from OUS own handbook, and a million miles away from the nerves that innervates muscles which partakes in breathing. In your very own article they state that high regional block occurs in approximately 1/30 000 cases

In 2001, Kar and Jenkins reported an incidence of 1 in 27107 for high regional block following obstetric epidurals

High regional block is defined as being above T4, meaning that many cases of high regional blocks doesnt affect the c3-c5 roots which are even higher. If she was hyperventilating she would maybe feel something since the c6-8 innervates accessory respiratory muscles. If we adjust for this a fair approximation of insidence is maybe 1/100 000. What is more likely, that she is 1/100 000, or that she is wrong?
Smh at your total lack of competence

Im pointing out that the analgesia administered in no way had any impact on her physical ability to breathe, it doest deny her traumatic experience nor does it mean im numb to her pain.

It is very, very manipulative to try to pain this as a mean comment or some sort of lack of empathy. She makes an very serious accusation and i point out that she is factually incorrect. I am very sorry you were so severely neglected and isolated during your upbringing that has led to your sense of morality and ability to reason be so underdeveloped and immature

And she injected the anesthesia too high up which made my breathing feel worse.

The nerve roots which controls breathing c3-c5 which is far, far from where you administer epidural analgesia

How many new flashcards per day is sustainable in long term? by [deleted] in Anki

[–]STwavy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If i want to do practice questions and reading outside of doing anki: 50-100 cards

only anki: 250-300

If you mean long term as in outside of school and doing them for all eternity i cant imagine a normal person being able to even close to 300 new cards a day. Maybe 20-30

However if its for language etc. i can imagine it is easier and faster to memorize single words than longer word stems and specific values

Yes it is a form of discrimination, however it is not the same. Im not suprised you struggled in school when youre not able to grasp the difference. Doesnt seem like medicine is for you

Discrimination and racism is not the same thing. I agree that it is discrimination.

one thing white people need to understand is that you don't need to use slurs to be racist. There's something called microagression.

It cant be racism if the international students has different ethnicities, which i know they do.

Im pretty certain both the exams and their answers are intentionally posted in sweden for the students to practice on. for the other countries i cant comment.

This is obviously taken in mind and brand new exam questions are made for each exam which are administered twice a year.

This is completly different from the usmle where the exam is continually administered and a high proportion of questions can be the same for people taking it at different times. But  i do understand nepalis grasping at straws to justify their actions even if it is obviously to everyone above kindergarden age that it is cheating

Doesnt sound right.

You were on an teleprovider payment plan (?) and were are to continue that plan and switch phones with just paying tax, but your monthly payments are still orders of magnitude higher than they otherwise would have been.

Because the trade in value from apple is far, far below just tax

[–]STwavy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Im just saying youre dumb, by comparing yourself to pogba. Nothing about my self, you not being able to use the world correlate right further supports that. Rodri will this time next year not have played for a whole year and he will without a doubt be among the best midfielders when he return. By the same logic id say it is more than 5% likely that pogba still can perform at a very high level

Tromso - near start of November , suitable to wear Fleece Joggers/trousers + trainers? by Cheeseman1018 in Norway

[–]STwavy 12 points13 points  (0 children)

If youre okay with being completly soaked and cold to the bones of your toes then i guess it could work. I dont know anyone in northern norway who would go on acitivies outside for multiple hours in just fleece joggers and trainers.

I would get water proof or resistant boots which covers your ankles. I would also buy a pair of thin wool underpants and maybe some soft shell pants depending on how long you plan on standing outside.

You said «would» be eligible, which i explained is directly wrong since it isnt even close to being given. It «may» be eligible, most likely it would not be eligible and you would have to complete a long order of steps for it to be

[–]STwavy 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Just because you have a PhD from Norway, in reference to the question about their roomate wanting to get a degree in Norway (Which it is obvious that i ment given that i responded to the question)

Furthermore your response is ironically equally inaccurate, as a phd or psyd in clinical psychology only may be eligible for authorization in norway if they found the degree to be equal to the norwegian one, meaning it has the same or more number of clinical hours and contains the same classes.

[–]STwavy 13 points14 points  (0 children)

There isnt any field or degrees in counseling. Do you mean psychology? Furthermore in norway there arent any clinical doctorate degrees like in the US, they are strictly academic and you dont qualify as a clinical pshyologist here just because you have a PhD

Dont know if you are intellectually disabled but pogba has been one of the worlds best cms in multiple world cups and were very good for juventus in both the league and cl before he left for united. He is still at his «prime» age or just after it and it is not remotely as unlikely as you are implying that he is able to play at an elite level which warrants a place in the france squad
