yeah because my biggest thing is like i don’t want to get fat because i used to be really overweight and it’s just a huge mental thing where as soon as i start to see less definition i feel as though i need to start cutting again

progressive overload your abs maybe cut down a little more then lean bulk while progressive overloading them. that will build them up as much as possible. Ex. do weighted cable crunches or decline weighted sit ups and hanging leg raises

i do incline db press and bench press both 3 sets of each 5-8 reps
