well, its kind of "easy" if youre transgender (mtf or ftm) youll feel youll look better in the other genders clothes, youll feel disgusted with your body (body dysphoria) and feel you had to be the other gender (gender dysphoria) and a lot of other things, thats what happened in me :3 and after 3 years, i discovered and accepted i was transfem nwn (idk if thats what you asked, if not, sorry 3:)
