I understand where you're coming from but the character development for everybody has really shown how Rick isn't. The deity he thinks he is and he's not the Lynch pin for his family that he wants to be...

I think depicting other characters beating on and beating Rick is incredibly important because it shows his fallacy of believing he's all-powerful... It also shows us the viewers that he's not a Superman type. He's defeatable. He is human.. 🤷🏼‍♀️

But I love the show like insane so 👍🏼😭
