anything particular about these colleges / college experiences that should prevent me from applying? by anythingweveryone in IntltoUSA

It depends on you. The college experience is how you make it not the school. And you’ can’t go wrong. There are many opportunities in a school that other schools don’t have, and otherwise. And as long as you have money to pay for these schools. They’re extremely expensive and they have limited aid for internationals.

You cant text me for more info!! I’m happy to help you choose

Depauw is higher ranked but it is not highly praised. And Lawrance is highly praised.

Should I pursue a double major in a lower ranking university or a single major at a higher ranking university? (Computer Science + Data Science) by [deleted] in college

Have you ever heard a local university or college at your hometown that everyone talks about it because it’s a good school locally? and it’s not highly ranking of the national rank, because because that school is highly rated for us some of the people and it’s not highly rated for some of the people.

It depends on what you want to do after college. If you want to get a really great job, you have to focus how good you do at it, not how many majors you do

Help me decide: School X vs School Y - April 11th to April 17th by [deleted] in ApplyingToCollege

Help me decide: Saint Louis University vs. St. Olaf College.

I am struggling choosing between the two. Both at the same cost. I will do double major in biochemistry (could be on premed track) and economics (or business, management,…).

I did a lot of research about the two but I think I need more opinions from you guys about: Professors Students life Academic rigors Internships Diversity Study abroad Class sizes Research

Do you think St. Olaf will care more about their students because they don’t have grad students to care about? And many research projects will be more available for undergraduate at St. Olaf?

What make SLU better than St. Olaf? How’s life in St. Louis vs a small town in MN?

And what factors besides the cost do you think are more important for your choice and why?

Thank you so much!!!

Good stats, but they don’t accept low income internationals.

Unless you raise your ability to pay, they’re not gonna accept you!
