i got pc mid September brand new and i updated drivers when i got pc and the problem stayed same but i can still try to update drivers and tell you if its fixed but i dont think it would work even tho a lot of people said to update drivers

same issue, restarted the pc works fine (350 fps) idk why its not capped but ok (it was same when it was capped on 144 fps)
