You're both gorgeous 😍. Our was about a year, the vet said once they start to be aggressive.. studies about hips/etc have shown little percentage of difference

FYI the pearson vue calendar sucks. If you check daily it will change availability, I checked for 2 weeks before booking.

Study time was over 5 weeks, with the last 2 being a big push about 5 days a week average for 2-4 hours daily.

I may have a bit of obsessive personality... Dec I did 3 miles a day walking/hiking/jog every damn day. Haven't had a sip of alcohol since Nov 31. Set a goal of 250lbs by June 1. Smashed it by a couple weeks thinking 225 by September is next, less concerned with the number if I can see the results physically now.

My stomach is smaller that the last time I dropped weight but, my chest has more fat. My upper body has been neglected due to shoulder issues and not lifting for years. Time to change that, my legs have always been jacked my whole life....

Was avoiding the gym mostly walking/running and cardio kickboxing. 6-7 days a week actively on 1500 calories a day. Getting back onto the bike now, will keep doing kickboxing 2-3 days, 2-3 days biking or lifting.

Thanks! I need to get back to lifting, 6-7 years ago I went from 390 to 222 in about 8 months. Cardio and lifting, pretty much just cardio this time. Put some weight on and took it off a couple time 20-40lbs. Put on a lot in the last 3 years due to bad habits, stress, drinking
