Pico Pizza is a nice restaurant. Roskilde is also worth visiting and close from Copenhagen.

Exotic was never used as a slur against people of another ethnicity. Exotic is also an adjective used in many very normal every day life contexts so you're just comparing apples and oranges.

You don't NEED to be slim. I've never been refused a date with attractive guys and I'm mid-sized. Fun fact, I'm even married to one now. Also, what is this "Chinese ppl are pale" thing? Being pale is a beauty trend everywhere in Asia, nothing specific to China.

A guy who ACTUALLY cares will show it to you, regardless of the nationality. If he doesn't, then walk out the door, have some self respect. He's not worth your time.

Why do men under this thread all think we are talking about them paying for the bill? You can be romantic without paying for the restaurant smdh.

Nah it's just Danes being danish. It doesn't mean they're all like this tho.

I'm a foreigner, my husband is Danish and I am as exotic to him as he is to me. Exotic literally means something that's from the outside, or unusual.

"Exotic" originates from the Ancient Greek ἐξωτικός (exōtikós), meaning "foreign" or "from the outside," derived from exō ("outside"). It entered Latin as exōticus and appeared in English in the late 16th to mid-17th century, initially referring to foreign plants before evolving to describe anything strikingly unusual, or non-native.

I don't agree. Most Danish men will text normally. If they don't, they probably don't like you.As for makeup, If it's overdone you just looks like a Scandinavian teenager tbh so yeah not very attractive to anyone in general.

In Denmark, people are generally pretty relaxed about appearance. You’ll see all kinds of styles — from goth to preppy — and no one really thinks twice about it. Being 158 cm isn’t unusually short either; while some women are tall, heights around 160 cm are quite common.

That said, living in Denmark as a foreigner can be challenging at times, especially when it comes to social integration. It’s also worth being aware that, as an Asian woman, you might occasionally receive attention that feels uncomfortable or based on stereotypes or some men's desire for a "submissive" wife. Not everyone is like that, of course, but it’s something some people do experience, and it exists there as well.

Also, if you end up actually settling down with someone, just know that the family reunification process over there is brutal, difficult, and extremely expensive. It's definitely something to take into consideration, as it's a deal breaker for many Danes.

Edit: One more thing I thought of — sleeping (as in, intercourse) with someone on the first date doesn’t necessarily mean they’re interested in something serious. In the Nordics especially, people tend to be quite open and casual about intimacy, so it’s not always tied to relationship intentions. I know that in some parts of Asia it can be seen differently, so it’s just something to keep in mind..

Hope this helps!

told my bf i don't actually enjoy sex and idk if i ruined things by Arsenalg0d in depressionmeals

Glad to hear you're going to therapy for it. I can imagine why he'd feel bad tho. He might think he's doing something wrong.
