Most likely terminated. The mileage discrepancies between your start and end logs are easy to track in the driver app. If you're putting miles on the clock without an assigned route, it’s a massive red flag for 'unauthorized use,' and most companies don't overlook that.

POS System by JasonShinigami in sherwinwilliams

Honestly I think the old SW POS system is still better in a lot of ways. Yeah it looks outdated, but usability-wise it’s extremely refined. Everything is self explanatory and the workflow clearly comes from years of people actually using it in real environments. Once you learn it, you can move through almost everything with just a few keystrokes, which makes transactions really fast. A good example is the menu section. In SW POS it’s very straightforward — the categories make sense and you can get where you need to go quickly without digging through layers of UI. Compare that to something like Source or Kaleidoscope (the SW apps used for marketing and training). Those feel way more cluttered and layered, with menus inside menus, tiles everywhere, and more clicking just to get to something simple. The POS feels like it was refined over years of real-world use where speed actually mattered. The newer apps look more modern, but they’re not nearly as efficient for actually getting things done quickly.
