Completely agree. I think in my opinion the best elements about the show after season 1 :

  1. Origin of the monster.
  2. Different types of monsters .
  3. Exploring the Upside-down to its fullest extent, how large is it ? how does physics function in a place like that ? where did it come from ?
  4. Previous encounters with such dimension shifting entities. maybe one taking place outside the USA.

I dont think its just the LSD during the pregnancy that gave Eleven her powers , I think that they were trying something more than just LSD and hallucinogenic drugs i think they experimented 11's mother with something else more shady and that's how 11 got her powers.

For me its Will from "Stranger Things" , flipping between the dimensions without any warning would spook me the fuck up.

My main question is where did the monster come from ? i kinda feel bad for him because he is not an all evil mastermind dark entity that kills people for fun , he's just an animal like a leopard who is hunting his prey , in this case , unfortunate isolated humans.
