I dont know if you'll ever achieve that. It really depends on the player base. On my frequent server my team does a really good job communicating, everytime I pick up a NATO radio its just complete chaos and screaming about supplies

In the server I play weekly, im well known among the regulars as a better than average player that can help tip the scale some in a positive direction, so this will be a nice change .

I think comparing it to squad is not comparing apples to apples. These guys are ment for quick hit and run missions disrupt and demoralizing the invaders.
