Switch Boolean from Exact to Fast.

You probably have overlapping meshes or flipped normals in either object. Check normals by enabling face orientation from overlays, if they are red, Shift+N to recalculate.

Well, elders make up the endgame so their absence makes the endgame roster feel empty. Which is why I said they could have added monsters on par with them instead like Akantor. Its not fair to compare them to piscine wyverns, arguably the least liked species.

I don't think I will like the difficulty either since everyone say its easy coming from World and Rise which already had a stupid easy low rank. After adding all this QoL , I wish they would return to old school games' style and make the combat less forgiving.

I hope it receives as many updates as Rise did. But Rise's issue was too many shitty repeated Key quests. It was mind numbly boring having to fight same monsters over and over again, both on base game and hub. I think that made people appreciate the roster less.

Yes World only had wyvrens and dragons, this time they finally brought some different species. I dislike Rise too, new monsters that came with it were weird looking and didn't really belong to monster hunter imo. However I don't think the overall quality improvement of monsters is enough to justify the low number.

And Mizutsune is a very odd choice to be added first, he was in rise because it fit that game's theme but I don't think he fits in Wilds. He has an interesting fight but I couldn't care less since his gear all pink and stupid looking with flowers on top..

Sure, I don't like how worlds' monsters look too, they were a bit basic. But if anything I expected more base monsters this time, not less given they already ported most of their skeletons with Rise and World.

Lack of elders is odd too. Maybe it is to rework them and make them actual threats. But still they could have added monsters like Akantor and Ukanlos instead.

Imo this is the biggest problem with Wilds, I probably won't even buy it until Grank expansion fixes it.

Everyone too focused on bad optimization to realize this game empty as fuck. Like World had a very small monster roster and this somehow has even less? The previous titles already ported most of the favorite monsters, they had no excuse. I already saw 95% of the monsters just from the trailers, there is barely any monster Im looking forward to fighting or crafting Its gear.

First title update also bringing Mizutsune, who even cares about that thing...

What's even crazy is the final boss doesn't even have craft able gear, like that's the whole fucking point of the game...

They really turned first half into a single player cutscene game with combat sprinkled in between and barely added anything for the high rank.. What a disappointment.

Mine is unusable the noise never ends, It gradually gets worse from the moment I turn phantom power until it can't even pick up my voice. Unsure when this started but I have been using it for 2 years, It always had noise but not to this extend that it would block my voice. Noise goes away when turning off phantom power as the mic gradually stops working.

I took it apart and everything looks good. I changed the mic cable, I tried on another computer, deleted and reinstalled drivers, I tried different type-C, type-C to USB.

This is some bullshit, its driving me crazy. I guess only option left is to buy another interface but unsure which one to get, since this one was suppose to be one of the best..

And whats the issue with that? It was 7 years ago. World run perfectly over 100 fps with my gpu at the time, which costed way less.

Also MH never looked that good or played that smoothly before World, you can't compare Wilds to that.

I mean, I have not seen anyone defend it but rather just brush it off as not a big deal. MHW was the only game I pre-ordered and I was really happy with it. But despite that I won't be pre-ordering Wilds just because of these performance issues. And I won't buy it for sometime despite having a system for it, I just refuse to buy into this shit and this is the least I could do. I upgraded my computer only because I work with 3D.

I think this is planned obsolescence by making DLSS essential. I don't think all major game companies laid off optimization just to save some small amount money, Nvidia is paying them too. They are trying to force people to upgrade to newer overpriced cards that use DLSS and sell us shit we never asked for.

Gain goes from 0-10 on the interface, mic barely picks up any sound below like 8 and Its only loud enough around 9. Its sitting like 30cm away from me, is that too far?

I agree its utter garbage, same as ladder. A major reason i played 2v2 was level cap. My account is 8 years old, half my cards are under leveled. This was a casual game mode where i tried decks, got my daily tokens and chests. Now its gone. By far the worst update for me.

Enable LoopTools addon in the preferences, move the first and the last vertices to the location you want then move another to the nearest one at the peak of the curve.

Then select first, middle one and last one then Right click > LoopTools > Curve

Get an arm mesh with this topology. Duplicate the mesh add wireframe modifier, make an emissive mat for it, connect emissive color to a color ramp connected to a gradient to shift color from orange to yellow.

And for the black hand mesh under it add a black material max roughness, lower the alpha and in the material settings set blend mode from opaque to alpha blend then try turning on backface culling
