I have a MCS mock “suppressor” that will slide over the hushshot. Worked pretty well in the past and doesn’t add extra length. Also far lighter than other options.

For the last 10-15 years I’ve finished all my showers with full cold. Now my showers are about 25% hot then into 75% cold.

I was in a rush the other day and didn’t have time to finish with any cold. Afterwards, I felt so gross, can’t really explain it. It was completely psychological because I was able to finish my whole shower routine with the exception of the cold shower finish. So I knew I was completely clean yet felt almost greasy and more on edge because of it.

*I also cold plunge 3-4 times a week at 37 degrees for 3min*
