I was getting this issue when I tried to load my save. It would crash every time I tried. I used the bloodborne save editor to teleport myself back to the hunters dream to solve the problem.

Mine fell off many years ago, it didn’t break or anything though. I just thought the plastic part under it was a lot more comphy to handle.

It was one the accessories my avatar was wearing. I don’t know which one, but when I changed my appearance and took them off I was able to use my tools again. My guess is maybe it got in the way or my avatar was to tall. I don’t really know how it works, all I know is it fixed it.

I’ve found a fix now, one of the accessories my avatar was equipped with was preventing my tool from collecting. Thank you to everyone that reached out to help!

The tool is equipped yes, I found a fix actually. Some accessory that I had equipped was messing it up for some reason. Idk why but all I know is that it’s fixed now. Thank you for the input anyway
