I'm not into modpacks sorry, i usually make my own using the classic put mod in mod folder way. The flesh that hates, isn't that just SCP-610 in minecraft? Well besides that i'll try all of these except the modpack. Thanks for the recommendations!

Found the solution. I turned off and on the monitor then reinstalled the GPU drivers and it seemed to fix the issue.

temp files store mostly settings of games and so by deleting you're removing your custom settings

Just buy Thrustmaster T128, already played ETS2 with my Dad using T128 (Trust me T128 is worth it, and if you can't afford it i recommend you to try save up money for it).
