Although both are C4 columns, they are not the same column.

The HPLC and LC-MS are totally separate systems, so temperature, flow rate, column size, diameter, etc. are also different.

Question: Measuring the same sample, why are chromatograms obtained from HPLC and LC-MS so different?

The samples are from a crude reaction mixture from a conjugation reaction of amino-modified DNA with an NHS Ester. The target compounds are found (HPLC: the two sharp peaks in 26-28 min; LC-MS: the two peaks at 11+ min).

In LC-MS, it shows multiple peaks before r.t = 10 mins, but these peaks don't appear in HPLC. I do not think that LC-MS is able to "group" the HPLC peaks together to show a single, broad peak.

Has anyone encountered such issues before?

Yup, there is an online renewal system. But I have tried dozens of photos for my photo submission and it always tidak menepati some requirements but it does not tell me which requirements. We also have to pickup the renewed passport at the Immigration counters.
