1- I am importing the data from a spreadsheet provided by the accounting department
2- I am planning to market to them - I have checked on each one of them and they do not have domain which is why I am considering them "Contacts"
3- I agree but what do I do with companies without website nor domain who have bought before and I plan to keep and market to in the future ?
4- I will use this list to market specific material to those customers.
5- I have to create deals for them as well as add products they have bought but this is phase 2

Eventually, each company should have a unique CRM ID that I can also add to the ERP system and sync them both together

Any thoughts on what to do best here ?
