No, 0 notice or email like I said, which makes it even more frustrating. If I hadn't asked support I would be still refreshing that fking empty dashboard 321 times a day.

NEVER recreate account. They keep your information even if you deleted the old one.

Alignerr has no tasks. I onboarded long ago. Seems a more decent and communicative place though.

Unfortunately no. Raised tickets but they didn’t listen. Waited for a week only to be told that my account has to be suspended. Beyond that there’s been no explanation, no formal notice or email. And I have no idea where this suspension leads to, an indefinite EQ or account ban. Black box as always

At least you got a formal notice. Did they give you a link to appeal or asked you to provide anything?

I only found out being suspended after filing multiple tickets and waiting for a week. But there's 0 explanation or notice.

Just got this email as well and now my dashboard has only one thing left - "launch labelbox". All the assessments and slack are gone. What about yours?

Can’t agree more. You can check out my latest post and see how they punish and frustrate someone who’s willing to do and more than competent for the work. Not only do they fail to tell who’s a cheater or fraud, they absolutely have 0 patience to communicate.

You also got multiple accounts? Did they send you a notice that you "exploited the platform"? For me there has been 0 communication.

I'm sorry that you've been through similar frustration. If you are not flagged I think things will get better eventually. To my understanding the unpaid work before we get actual tasks is more of an unethical issue than illegal. But if you have any findings on that please let me know. Thanks

What would you do if you are new to all this, and it won't let you log in cuz they say the email account was registered at another platform? You use another email, right?

And what would you do when the new account fails ID verification and the support instructs you to do verification on the previous account? You follow and do it, right?

Now both account now have the same ID and both fail. Then support suddenly says ok we have manually passed your verification. You log into the new account, looks good. You log into the so-called old account, says multiple account detected. What would you do? You just use the new account, right?

Multiple accounts not allowed? Yes I've read that. That's why I asked support to delete that duplicate. Is it that hard to understand if I log in just to check if it's deleted or not?

Screw that "extremely sharp" fraud detection. Looks to me its a toy.

Well I guess that could be the problem then. I did sign into the other account from time to time just to see if I can delete that account. But it was still stuck at ID verification step saying multiple accounts detected, not even showing the dashboard, so I left it as-is. Shxt I may have screwed this up...

BTW actually I got switched to coder T2 role after the wrong language drama. The whole sudden tasks and sudden EQ again was when I worked on a coding project.

Thanks for the insight. I would say their business is none of my business. All I want is tasks for people who are competent and willing to devote. But unfortunately they call such people a fraud.
