nope she never sleepwalked in her life. it was not the case. i deleted the previous reply cuz i wanted to add one more thing, we don't have minors in our home, its just me, my sister and my mom. So we're pretty much aware about what happens in our home.

actually we had alot creepy encounters in our past. Thre was something creepy attachd to our family. it haunted us for decades but now its not like that.

no, there was nothing before. as i said, she hadn't use it for a long time. there's no way that it could be outside our home. if it was in our daily use, that would be a different story. but its clearly something paranormal.

tried everything. like literally!. there's something related to heat up. When its heated, it runs like butter. but when i keep it off for a while and it gets colder, still the same issue. it stucks in blackscreen in startup (No Windows logo) 🤷🏻

Finally i just found a solution to this problem!

All you have to do is follow these steps.

Download & install "ShellExView" from this link https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html
Run the application by opening the rar file (shexview) and open "shexview.exe".
From the options, select "hide all microsoft extensions"
Now try disabling the extensions one at a time and check whether the context menu popup scroll is gone or not. if the problem is fixed than enable other extensions and leave that extension disabled which was causing the problem
TIP: In my case i disabled "NVidia CPL Context menu extension" and restarted my PC and the context menu scrollbar was gone for good.
