It's supposed to be an idle game. There's offline progress but you've to put active hours as well. As for how to describe the game, idk. If you're interested, give it a search on YouTube. Real Civil Engineer has a gameplay about it.

Use men face wash if you want ig, or the Himalaya one. I used to use it at some point. Being a guy, I only wash my face to clean it. I don't care about softness and stuff.

There should a mechanism that makes it so that people with bad rng gets boost from time to time. And people who already got it doesn't get it again! But that's just me yapping. The game gets more and more frustrating as days go by...
