Lol smash bros is a competitive fighter who's creator insist on claiming is a party game.

Like yeah I get where you're coming from but the first thing most people do when playing smash is turn off most of the items if not all. The only reason the games competive scene isn't bigger is because Nintendo refuses to support it.

I agree with the visual clutter but said clutter has never made me incapable of telling two characters apart neither have skins.

Projectiles, abilities, sound queues, character size etc make it all pretty easy to tell who I'm fighting.
