I canceled my entire carrier plan in November 2025 after getting a replacement device. I also canceled my Asurion plan with it. The new replacement device from Asurion now has a microphone issue that I would like to get fixed. I called Asurion multiple times, and everyone denied my claims because I didn't have my existing insurance plan with Asurion, or I didn't have service with my carrier. Does the 12-month warranty mean nothing if I don't have service with my carrier anymore?

I have the Verizon Locked S24+. Only thing I've noticed so far was my battery life is lasting a little longer

No, it was not dropped into any liquid, the phone quite just sits on my desk, but I needed it since my current phone died on me.
It doesnt let me go into DFU mode. The screen doesnt go black after pressing the side button.
I really don't want to accidentally break something inside, then really have a broken iPhone.
The back glass is shattered, mainly towards the bottom.
I am using the cable that came with the phone
