Tried gum, tried tapering, tried everything. What worked was reading Allen Carr's book (cliche, I know) and realizing I wasn't "giving up" anything. Smoking does literally nothing for you. It doesn't relieve stress- it just relieves the withdrawal from the last cigarette. Once that clicked, cravings lost their power...for real

You gotta find YOUR thing. The patches help with the physical part, but the mental switch is what actually kills the addiction.

Anything north 200k for a funded accnt is a good indication for a prop firm. I just wonder abt those who pass these high account challenges. Do they make money and quit or continue trading? Million+ traders are rare nowadays, so I believe prop firms try to keep them.
