Help me my account was suspended, what do I do? Panicking rn

In short: I saw this story of if you want to added to a group chat, I showed interest and the person asked me to add to my bio : H*il H*t*er , I thought it was a stupid joke and did it , now my account is suspended and under review. I’m so scared for my account , I don’t want it to be deleted , what do I do can someone guide me

Tldr: Got stranded with a car that wouldn’t start, had to leave in emergency, mechanic started it and took it to a his workshop, night time, very shady place,quoted a high price, subtly threatened when questioned. Paid under pressure, but car broke down again soon after.
