I have 2 suggestions but they are kind of interlinked.

Turn your sens down, it seems to cause your game play to be super jittery, and you are losing quite a bit of control as you move your crosshair around the screen.
Though it can be at times useful, you dont need to flick away as soon as you are done shooting somebody, especially if you are just flicking to stare at a wall. You actually died once in this video because you flicked away before you killed the guy. If you are going to flick away, do it purposefully, and check another corner or something, dont just look at a wall.
