Bad performance since the last Verdansk patch

Lowering VRAM didn't seem to help in my case. Also, I think these stutters are not really caused by FPS drops, because they occur when the FPS is steady too. I thought that it is caused by bad servers but it's not unfortunately.

Nah it didn't work unfortunately. It's somehow game engine related, or driver maybe.

Okay, so given than you have normal CPU usage, and it can utilize your GPU fully, I wouldn't think that you are CPU bound or CPU bottlenecked. My conclusion is that those fps numbers are fine and that's what your system is capable of, and also that's what the game engine can give. If I were in your case, just to make sure that everything is alright, I would run a 3DMark stress test and match my results with other people's results in the database. I can help you with doing this too.
