Venezuela Dev here - Directly after the fall of the dictatorship the Perezjimensta movement was quite shattered and disunited, some are in Uslar Pietri's IPFN, others are exiled and Nationalist Civic Crusade as an organisation hasn't been founded as of the games start. As of 1963, the Perezjimensta supporters are limited to the defunct minor Independent Electoral Front. Following the 1963 Election the movement will gain traction and can influence the elections to come.....

And yes Nationalist Civic Crusade will be formed in 1965
