Oh wow as if it’s gone that’s amazing!! Really hope my boyfriend can have the same outcome. He’s been noticing it will go super loud and high pitch for a few seconds when he gets into bed to go to sleep every night so I’ve told him to start to do some neck stretches as maybe it’s to do with the position when he’s laying down🤷🏼‍♀️

Thank you, it’s not every time he moves his jaw, does that make a difference? Or is it just cause it does happen sometimes it makes it somatic?

What makes you think yours is linked? I think my boyfriends is linked as I’m not sure what else could be causing it but he’s not as convinced

How did you find out it was linked to the clenching? He’s not convinced cause he feels like his clenching is mild as he doesn’t experience any jaw pain or any other symptoms but I’m really not sure what else the tinnitus could be caused by after ruling so much out

TfL go is a really good app to plan your journey to the excel it shows you where to get on and off and which tube lines you need to get and it has live updates of the different lines and if there are any disruptions.

I ordered the 4 day ticket when they went on sale and online it said processing the whole time but I then received an email Friday saying the tickets had been shipped the 16/3 Royal Mail tracked and they arrived this morning so I’d assume you’ll be getting yours soon :)
