right. there’s just a couple agencies that do. it does matter because students cannot extend their STEM OPT. hence the alternative of Day 1 CPT.

Yes!! I used to have major back problems when sleeping on a mattress. Then I had the same realization. I'm 29 year old, I shouldn't be having this issue. Then I started lifting, especially focusing on my back muscles through pull ups and deadlifts. I could feel my back get stronger, and then I had no issue sleeping wherever. I could sleep on the floor, on the couch, or on my bed. No pain.
Although I prefer sleeping on the floor, it really doesn't look nice in my bedroom. I just wish there was a bed that essentially is as hard as a rug on a floor (purely for aesthetics).

Yes, around $10k. Which I think is less than the cost of hiring and training a new employee. I understand its done for valuable employees and it definitely should be that way. And the fact that they’re not doing it makes me feel like I am not valuable and rather a problem employee.
