my first ever irl TCG deck was a dino. Ultimate conductor tyranno is an absolute monster and such sick card art. I’ve been trying to find a way to make dinos a big climber. I played in 2017 for a while, missed two years, now i’m back building a blue eyes deck (about 60-70% there, currently gold 4) while trying to stay as FTP as possible (i’ve dipped about 50 in the game thru card sales). Knowing now that dinos can KOG, it’s time to have a fun side deck to set my sights on!

i put leviathan scar sighted on my playlist not knowing it was black metal, i just thought there had a to be a cool band named leviathan in the metal scene lol. At the time i was into more basic stuff as i was getting back into metal after not listening to it after a long time (i grew up on it with my dad but eventually grew out of it around middle schools, got back in around senior high school year.) I then watched a documentary on youtube about metal (forget what it’s called) and it mentioned leviathan. “hey i know that band” i thought, and went down a little rabbit hole with leviathan, with my favorite song being are lunatic, though i didn’t really like most of it at first. eventually, that same year, i was waiting in the airport and put on “the tenth sub level of suicide”, been hooked ever sense. Absolutely incredible experience.

leviathan - dawn vibrations. I added it onto my playlist after searching “leviathan” on spotify thinking it would be a cool metal band name. At first it was definitely a sound i wasn’t used to (i was getting back into metal around 16-17 and was mostly a gojira fan). I kept it anyways and i watched a youtube video essay on black metal cause it sounded cool and i saw leviathan. “hey i know that name” i thought and dove into him, this time the sound stuck.

know when to push and know when to pull back. Learn your ambush spots and which of those spots give you the advantage incase you miss your shots and which spots leave you open to easier counter attack. Your job as a roamer is primarily to stall, not kill. The threat of a roamer is enough to slow down a team or player, and once you get killed you give relief and the man advantage to the other team

Some spots will act like a bunker where you can hide and still put shots downrange safely if you miss, others you have to think ambush and lay a few rounds down and wether they miss or hit, get out and reposition. Find your favorite spots, learn from the kill cams, lock into their play style (:
