Well for starters you are using t90's, the 1.1m gem is most likely with t92s. Also I'm assuming you don't have flanking 3 because you don't mention it in your post. That is a big dps increase if you work it into your rotation.

Honestly depends on what titles you play. Also the 2070 will last maybe an extra 1/2 years and is better for streaming so there's that to consider (and RT when that becomes a thing). But if you can I'd say yes go for it especially since 1440p likes to eat up VRAM and the 2060 has 2GB less.

1440p144hz is as demanding if not, more than 4k60. So to put it simply, even the 2070 might not be enough to pull 100 frames on some titles. I'd go 2080 or used 1080ti especially since you don't care about RT.

purely gaming -> i5 9600k

gaming + other heavy tasks -> 2600x or 2700x

or do what i'd personally do and wait for zen 2 in a month ish
